When you purchased a trial or subscription, you were asked for a password upon checkout. You were then sent an email sending your receipt and login. If you don't see this email in your inbox or spam folders, or can't remember your password, try this to reset it:

1. Go to https://www.profitplatform.com/my-account/

2. Click the "Lost your password?" link below the login form.  This will send you an email with a link that you click on which will allow you to reset it.

3. Check your email. If you didn't receive it, check your spam folder.

After you login, click the link at the top for "New Site Build".

Once logged in you will see various links shown on the left side. Click the "My Subscription" link as shown below:

Once in the My Subscription section you will see a button to "Change Payment" and this will allow you to enter your new information.

If you built a site on Profit Platform and you are trying to access it, then go here:

Once here you can use the link in the top menu labeled "My Sites" as this will list all current sites you own. From there you can login to your website by clicking the link for the one you want to access.

If the site is not yet complete you can use the login link to check the progress of the site build.

Note that until you add your permanent domain, the URL for accessing your site will end in profitplatform.com. But in either case, you can always add /wp-admin to the end of your URL to get to the login page. So if your site is rubberducky.com or rubberducky.profitplatform.com, then you can login using rubberducky.com/wp-admin/ or rubberducky.profitplatform.com/wp-admin, respectively.

Logging Into Your Website

The email and password to your website will be the same as the one you set up when you purchased profitplatform.com to begin with.  If you are a Jobcrusher.com customer, it will be those same credentials.  Either way, you can recover your password easily by following these directions to reset it:

1. Go to your website and add /wp-login.php to the end.  (For example, if you site is rubberducky.com, go to rubberducky.com/wp-login.php)

2. Click the "Lost your password?" link below the login form.  This will send you an email with a link that you click on which will allow you to reset it.

3. Check your email. If you didn't receive it, check your spam folder.

2. If your site has been completed a site and need to find it, you can do so by logging into your Profit Platform account here https://www.profitplatform.com/my-account/

Once here you can use the link at the top for "My Sites" and this will list all current sites you have on your account as well as the link to login.

Please note that this is just for accessing the site for the first time with your temporary website and the website and admin urls will change once you have setup your domain name.

3. If you have setup your domain name successfully following the instructions given in the day 2 training here https://www.jobcrusher.com/training/lesson/day-2-of-10-passive-income-challenge-your-value-propositionand-what-to-sell/ and need to access the final version of your website then you will need to access the admin section of the site using your domain.

For Example if your domain is rubberducky.com then you would be able to log in at rubberducky.com/wp-admin

Once here you can use the link at the top for "My Sites" and this will list all current sites you have on your account as well as the link to login.

If the site is not yet complete you can use the login link to check the progress of the site build.
